TikTok Officially Has a Niche for Everyone

September 1, 2023

Have you heard of #Gravetok? If you haven’t, you’re not alone. We’re just learning about this too!

A wave of influencers on TikTok are taking the time to visit graves in different cemeteries across the U.S. to clean memorials, tell the stories of those who have passed, and even make the recipes that are listed on headstones.

The New York Times recently published this article about a woman who spends her time recreating recipes she finds in cemeteries. Her most recent adventure took her to Maine, where she made ice cream featuring apricots.

What does this mean for you?

If you own a cemetery, there are important stories to tell about the people who are laid to rest there. There is an audience on social media who wants to hear about it. You might even consider starting your own social media series where you share these stories!
