Watch Out for This Facebook Scam

We've been hearing from several Tribute Technology clients who have recently received a "Meta Business Support" message on their Facebook Business Pages. 

If you have received the message below, it is a scam and an attempt to retrieve your sensitive login information. DO NOT CLICK on the link provided.   

 
The message reads: 
 
Y‌o‌u‌r‌ P‌a‌g‌e‌ H‌a‌s‌ B‌e‌e‌n‌ D‌i‌s‌a‌b‌l‌e‌d‌.‌  
 
I.N.C. International Concepts has reported that your article:  

1. Using someone else's fake name/photo.  
2. Share content that misleads other users.  

We've warned in the past that if you continue to post content on your Page that infringes someone else's intellectual property rights, your Page will be disabled.  
 
If you believe this is an error in our system, please verify your account at the link below.  
 
Account Confirmation: [LINK REDACTED] 
 
Confirm your account within the next 24 hours otherwise or your Page may be permanently disabled.

As a reminder, if there is ever a legitimate issue with your page, you will receive an email from Meta for Business or Facebook with an email address ending in @support.facebook.com or @facebookmail.com.
