Update Your GPL with Ease

February 1, 2024

We’ve got some exciting news to share for our clients using Tribute Management Software!

Our latest update allows you to update pricing for your existing GPL seamlessly — a solution that we believe will save you time, too.

All active items stored within your GPL in Tribute Management Software can be exported into a spreadsheet. From there, you can make any pricing updates that you need, and you will upload the revised spreadsheet onto the platform.

The system will alert you of any potential errors that would affect your GPL. Most importantly, our platform will tell you specifically what the errors are and where they are located, so you can make a quick fix.

Once the spreadsheet is accepted without any errors, you’ll see a table that shows you all the changes you have made, so you can verify each change is correct. This allows you to double-check everything before the changes are made.

(Worth noting: At this time, you cannot update the names of products or services using this process – you would need to update those individually.)

This is a big change requested from quite a few of our clients that we hope will improve your experience with Tribute Management Software. Happy updating! 😊
