Are You Ready for Gen X? If Not, Buckle Up!

June 13, 2024

Gen Xers will soon replace Baby Boomers as your main customers... as soon as next year!

With vast spending power and unique marketing preferences, those born between 1965 and 1980 have massively different expectations than previous generations – especially when it comes to technology.

Gen Xers are more comfortable than Baby Boomers with navigating websites and many of them likely will view your firm’s website from their mobile devices.

In fact, the majority prefer going to your website to picking up the phone to call you!

Wondering if your firm is ready for Gen X? Here are a few questions to consider about your firm:

  • Do you know how your funeral home website shows up on a cellphone? Does it look good? Does it work well?
  • Does your website show everything you offer and offer an easy way to get in touch?
  • Are you reaching Gen X where they’re hanging out online?
  • Is your firm easily found online?
  • Is your software ready to handle cases in a digital-first format to meet Gen X’s standards?

If you don’t know the answers to these questions... or if you're unsure... your firm’s online presence is likely not positioned well for Gen X.

It’s time to make some changes.

Our experts have created a FREE playbook to help you serve Gen X better, along with some data-based insights and business strategies. This is an opportunity you don’t want to miss. Click here to get your guide and learn more.
