Leading Tribute Technology Forward with Purpose and Precision

When I first joined Tribute Technology as a board member, I didn’t expect to be so personally moved by the work happening here — both inside the company and across the profession we serve. 

I’ve worked with many organizations throughout my career and this one felt different from the start. Funeral professionals carry a responsibility few others truly understand: meeting families in moments of deep grief and doing so with empathy, steadiness, and care. It’s not just demanding work — it’s meaningful work. And at Tribute Technology, we recognize the weight of that responsibility. We know that our role is to support yours. 

Over the past two years, I’ve seen how seriously our team takes that mission. It’s shaped how I think about this company, and how I approach my role as CEO. 

Much of my background is in helping businesses grow and operate with greater focus. But real leadership — the kind that matters — is about enabling people to do their best work. That’s our aim at Tribute Technology: to build tools that truly serve you, to solve the challenges that slow you down, and to be the steady partner behind the scenes so you can stay present for the families who need you.
