  • What about submitting claims? Do they have to be submitted directly to C&J?

    Claim submission remains the same. The C&J team will be facilitating the claims process, just like the Tribute Insurance Assignments team did.  

  • Who do I contact about claims questions?

    You can continue to use the same contact information you have – it has all been redirected to the C&J team. C&J can also be reached at getpaid@cjf.com or 256-406-2561.   

  • What happens with claims that are in progress?

    C&J will take over those claims effective immediately and have full access to the claim status, documentation etc. You don’t need to take any action on claims that are in progress.

  • What about my rate?
